We are looking for an Automation/Controls Engineer to join our team.
We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced medical manufacturing environment. This role involves ensuring automated processes align with quality and validation strategies, developing programming standards, and optimizing production equipment. You will be collaborating with internal teams and suppliers, working with Allen Bradley PLCs, Cognex Vision systems, and Fanuc Robots, analyzing equipment performance, and developing strategies for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the development of programming standards and vision systems.
Provide guidance to suppliers on equipment builds and performance.
Support automation processes and maintain accurate documentation.
Analyze and improve underperforming equipment and processes.
Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:
B.S Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
2+ years of experience in automated manufacturing.
Experience with process validation and equipment qualification is a plus.
Strong documentation and protocol writing skills.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements for manufacturing.
Familiarity with automation systems and data analysis tools.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
Experience in Medical/Pharmaceutical/FDA/GMP Manufacturing
