Responsibilities: Software Testing and Quality Assurance: Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies for various software applications, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing. Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough test coverage. Identify, document, and prioritize defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Conduct exploratory testing to discover potential issues and provide valuable feedback for product improvements. Test Automation: • Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard test automation tools. Continuously enhance test automation frameworks and ensure test cases are robust, maintainable, and scalable. Use automated testing to increase testing efficiency and accuracy. Quality Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze software quality metrics to assess the effectiveness of testing processes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Prepare and present test reports and defect tracking summaries to stakeholders and project teams. Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. Contribute to the enhancement of software development and testing methodologies. Compliance and Standards: Ensure software products comply with relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an IT Quality Analyst or in a similar quality assurance role. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in manual testing and test automation using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar. Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM, or similar). • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum processes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach. Solid communication skills to effectively collaborate with development teams and stakeholders.
