Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain scalable, reusable, and robust test automation frameworks.
• Automate functional, regression, and performance tests for web, mobile, and API services.
• Implement end-to-end testing strategies across distributed systems.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in test framework development.
• Test Execution & Analysis :
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and debug failures.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira or TestRail.
• Work closely with developers to ensure timely bug resolution.
• Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Continuous Integration & Deployment :
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Ensure high test coverage for services deployed on cloud infrastructure.
• Performance & Security Testing :
• Conduct load and stress testing using JMeter, Gatling, or k6.
• Collaborate with security teams to automate vulnerability testing.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Collaboration & Best Practices :
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams to define testing strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Advocate for automation best practices and maintain test documentation.
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure quality and consistency in testing practices.

Educational Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field from a recognized university in India.
• MCA (Master of Computer Applications) or M.Sc. (IT/CS) will be preferred.
• Additional certifications in software testing or test automation are a plus.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 3+ years of experience in automation testing.
• Expertise in Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium for UI automation.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript for writing automation scripts.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodeBuild.
• Proficiency in test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray.
• Familiarity with cloud testing solutions (AWS Device Farm, Sauce Labs, BrowserStack).
• Experience with BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, or TestNG).
• Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in large-scale distributed systems testing.
• Performance testing experience with JMeter, Gatling, or k6.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or microservices testing.
• ISTQB certification or equivalent.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and remote collaboration tools.
