JOB SUMMARY

As an Automation Analyst, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Excel VBA. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify opportunities for process automation, and ensure the scalability and reliability of automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Lead process automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
• Build and maintain VBA scripts and Excel Macros for data processing, workflow automation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different business areas to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in automation flows and applications.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical designs for knowledge-sharing and future improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in automation development using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Expertise in Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI for workflow automation and reporting.
• Strong skills in Excel Macros & VBA scripting for automation and data transformation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, SAP workflows, and process optimization.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead automation projects.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure Boards, Git is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
