We're hiring on behalf of a global leader in real estate and facilities services for a Hybrid Automation Manager (BMS) position based in Cincinnati, OH.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform planned maintenance (PPM) and address BMS-related faults
• Monitor alarms and system performance, taking proactive action
• Provide technical support for BMS and mechanical interfaces
• Optimize control logic and sequences for energy and operational efficiency
• Manage system updates, documentation, and change control
• Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and resolve system issues
• Lead or contribute to BMS projects, including MSI (Master Systems Integration)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with Niagara, Trend, Honeywell, Siemens, or similar BMS platforms
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage system changes and collaborate across teams
• Experience in high-performance or critical environments is a plus
• Must be located in or able to commute to Cincinnati, OH
