We’re Hiring: Automation Testing Lead | Mumbai

Experience : 10–15 years

We are looking for an Automation Testing Lead, As the Automation Lead, you’ll drive the overall test automation roadmap, build robust frameworks, and lead a talented team across Web, Mobile, API, and CI/CD integrations. If you love solving complex testing challenges using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, and integrating with tools like Jenkins, GitHub, GitLab CI/CD, AWS/Azure, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive test automation strategy and frameworks across web, mobile, and APIs
• Build reusable, maintainable automation scripts using Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
• Lead API automation (Postman, Rest, SoapUI) and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Integrate with CI/CD tools – Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
• Mentor automation engineers and enforce best practices
• Stay ahead of the curve with AI-driven testing, scriptless automation, and DevOps trends

Skills & Requirements:

• 10+ years in Automation Testing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Hands-on with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
• API testing, performance testing, and exposure to security testing
• Tools: JIRA, Agile/Scrum practices, BDD/TDD frameworks
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• BE / MCA / MSc IT
• ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification
• Experience with AI/ML-driven testing and cloud-native test environments
• Working knowledge of databases like PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or NoSQL
