Overview
In order to maintain the quality of the automation software, we are looking for reinforcement for our validation team in Allschwil. The main activities are testing the PLC and SCADA software in accordance with the project-specific documentation and the regulated test procedure. An important role is played by the test environment including simulation, which is also prepared and managed by the department. Programming the PLC or SCADA software is not part of this role, but an understanding of the programming logic and good knowledge of I&C technology is desirable. It is important to us that you work very meticulously, are open to learning new things and are a good communicator who supports the automation team.
Responsibilities
Planning and creation of simulations for PLC control and user interfaces
Creation of testing programs & plans
Creation of test documentation
Execution and review of software tests – in the prerelease phase
GMP-compliant documentation of the work performed and summary of the differences encountered
Acceptance and verification of the SPS code review according to GAMP5
SCADA review according to 21 CFR Part 11
Establishment, expansion and further development of our simulation environment (currently WinMOD)
Virtual commissioning of the system at SKAN
Support for standardization of processes and systems
Hardskills
Uni- / FH- / HF-Degree with specialization in electrical engineering or automation
Several years of professional experience in plant engineering preferably with pharmaceutical background
Experience in control engineering
PLC programming knowledge preferably of Siemens (Step 7/TIA) and/or Allen Bradley controllers
Confident handling of MS-Office and EDP systems
Business fluent in English; German is an advantage
