Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all machines are in optimal working condition to support smooth and defect-free production.
• Perform immediate on-site troubleshooting in the event of any machine issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues to suppliers and provide remote support following established guidelines.
• Set up equipment and maintain smooth process flow operations.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure it meets the required UPH and cycle time targets.
• Support NPI by ensuring automation systems are implemented smoothly and without issues.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, headquarters/factory teams, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to drive tasks to completion.
