• UoP: 12 000 – 15 500 PLN gross / month
• B2B: 800 – 1 050 PLN net / day

About the project:

We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to support a long-term project in the financial sector. You’ll be responsible for designing, maintaining, and executing test automation solutions with a strong focus on backend validation and data consistency. This is a role for someone who can work independently, proactively tackle challenges, and suggest improvements — especially within test automation frameworks and continuous integration pipelines.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Taking ownership of assigned testing tasks with a proactive and independent approach.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Writing, executing, and maintaining automated tests using Robot Framework and Python.
• Creating and updating SQL-based validation scripts.
• Managing test cases and test data across different file formats (XML, CSV, JSON, etc.).
• Working with Git for version control and understanding CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensuring high-quality deliverables and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Supporting minor projects or features as a technical QA expert.

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing.
• Strong experience with test automation and Python (senior level).
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework.
• SQL proficiency (mid-level).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, Agile practices, and automation frameworks.
• Understanding of testing file formats like XML, CSV, JSON.
• ISTQB certification (or strong familiarity with its principles).

Nice to have:

• Experience with ETL/data concepts.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience using Jenkins or similar CI tools.
