Your Job

As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, debugging, and implementing software solutions. Your expertise in Python, C++, databases, vision systems (Cognex, Keyence), and motion control technologies will drive the development and optimization of our automation systems. You will be instrumental in ensuring the stability and security of our software, while continuously integrating the latest technologies and best practices.

What You Will Do

• Design, develop, and maintain automation systems using Python and C++.
• Integrate and manage vision systems for automated inspection and quality control.
• Implement and control motion systems, including stepper motors and servomotors.
• Develop and manage databases to support automation processes.
• Debug and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain and update existing software to ensure its stability and security.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve errors or failures in the programming code.
• Implement improvements to machine programs to optimize performance.
• Document changes made to the software.
• Ensure software compatibility with new technologies and operating system versions.
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Strong background in mechatronics, electronics, or computer system engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ programming languages.
• Experience with vision systems and motion control technologies.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot complex software systems.
