Position: Automation Engineer Co-op/Intern
Number of Position(s): 1
Duration: 4 Months + (with possibility for extension to 8 or 12)
Date: September 2nd, 2025, to December 19th, 2025
Location: On-site
EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
Currently a candidate for a Master’s, bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering or a related field with an accredited school in Canada.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
As a part of our team, you will:
- Develop new implementations of automation test cases using various technologies
- Integrate automation tests into a cloud environment
- Propose solutions to complex testing scenarios to stress performance and test network security
- Optimize Build and CI/CD Processes: Enhance CI/CD, whether it is building systems or test automation framework, focusing on speed and reliability of builds and deployments.
- Develop tools that automates development's day to day tasks
Key Skills And Experience
- Experience with Python and or Go
- Experience with Automation techniques (Junit/Pytest/Other).
- Experience with Linux and bash scripting
- Good understanding of design patterns
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with Robot, specifically UI Automation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, gitlab
- Experience with docker, k8s and rest APIs.
