Automation Engineer | $135k + Bonus + Car Allowance + Super | Huge Growth Opportunity

We are working closely with a fast-growing company who are revolutionizing the future of the Automation industry.

They are looking for a skilled and experienced Automation Engineer to design,

develop, and maintain industrial automation systems.

Technical Skills:

• A tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a closely related discipline.
• Over 3 years of practical experience developing and programming PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems in industrial environments.
• Skilled in working with at least two or more major automation platforms, including: Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley, RSLogix, FactoryTalk), Siemens (TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC), AVEVA (Wonderware System Platform, InTouch), Inductive Automation (Ignition), Schneider Electric (Citect SCADA)
• Solid knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, and OPC-UA.
• Competent in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, VBA, or JavaScript is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement control systems using PLC, SCADA, and HMI platforms including Rockwell, Siemens, AVEVA, Ignition, Citect, and GE iFix.
• Program, test, and troubleshoot PLC logic and SCADA/HMI interfaces to align with functional requirements and client specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to gather input, define solutions, and ensure seamless system integration.
• Configure and optimize industrial communication networks using protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, and OPC-UA.
• Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis on control systems, applying corrective actions to reduce downtime and improve performance.

Salary:

They offer an excellent salary of $135,000, Bonuses, $19,000 Car Allowance + Super
