The Opportunity You will be given a free hand to accomplish groundbreaking projects and products, creating new sustainable opportunities for Craft Brewers to improve efficiency and quality. You will work closely together with the founder, colleagues, suppliers, and customers in a very entrepreneurial and demanding environment, and you will have the opportunity to make a great impact and gain a central role in the company going forward. The Tasks You will have very broad responsibilities covering multiple disciplines in developing complete electrical and automation solutions. Tasks vary from deep analytical development in automation design and documentation to hands on operational tasks, improving our equipment, plus playing a role in marketing of the company and products. Moreover, we have common tasks in the continuous building of the structure in the company. Idea generation and concept development with customers and peers. Function development and specification. PLC programming, testing and documentation. Develop and specify electrical hardware solutions. Build and test prototypes and customer units in cooperation with suppliers and brewers. Commissioning and improvement of process units. Contribute to the future structure in the company. The Person You are a self-starter and thrive independent in lose structures, but also in teams while aiming at the target. You are energetic and persistent and take on the tasks required to get the job done. You are probably a strong analytical, M.Sc. in Automation, with a holistic focus on process, automation and mechanical design. You adapt to change, master many disciplines, are quick to learn and you do not quit before you have accomplished. You have specific experience with PLC programming and electrical documentation, commissioning and equipment for the beverage industry and you have accomplished outstanding results easy to explain.
