We are looking for an experienced and motivated Software Engineer with expertise in Power Automate, Python, and web development using Django and SQL. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions and applications that optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work independently while actively contributing to team objectives. A keen interest in leveraging AI and cloud technologies (especially Microsoft Azure) is a plus, as is the ability to stay updated with advancements in automation and software development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate to improve business processes.
• Build scalable and secure web applications using Django and manage data using SQL databases.
• Create efficient and reusable Python scripts for integration and automation tasks.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for automation and system optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance automation workflows, where applicable.
• Utilize Azure cloud services for deploying, hosting, and scaling applications and automation solutions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation workflows and web applications to maintain high performance and reliability.
• Document development processes, technical specifications, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automation development, web development, or related fields.
• Expertise in Power Automate, Python, Django, and SQL.
• Proficiency in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AI tools, machine learning frameworks, or natural language processing is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure SQL is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
