We are looking for "Automation Developer" to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of business process understanding and technical skills, with a focus on supporting Organik Kimya employees. You will be responsible for developing automation solutions, supporting business intelligence reporting, and working with intelligent document processing technologies.


Selected candidates will receive full training and mentoring on automation methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) workflows.
  • Develop Power BI reports and provide support to end users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on Document Understanding (DU) technology solutions.
  • Show willingness to learn and develop solutions for new technologies such as Process Mining, AI Agents, and Virtual Assistants.
  • Participate in solution design, workflow optimization, and technical documentation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and experience in programming languages (e.g., HTML, XML, C#, SQL, .NET, Java).
  • Minimum 2 year of experience among at least one of the key responsibilities stated above,
  • Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced level of English written & oral
