Automation Developer (UiPath Focus)

Role: Direct hire, permanent full-time position

Location: Remote

Salary: $85,000 - $130,000

We’re looking for a Automation Developer to design and deliver impactful RPA solutions!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build automation solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator.
• Apply UiPath REFramework to develop attended and unattended bots.
• Create Solution Design Documents (SDDs), process maps, and reusable automation components.
• Support automation initiatives across multiple business units with a creative, process-improvement mindset.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment and contribute to end-to-end RPA project delivery.

What You’ll Bring:

✅ UiPath development experience (6–10 completed RPA projects ideal).

✅ Proficiency in VB.NET, Java, Python, or a similar development language.

✅ Strong understanding of the RPA lifecycle and documentation.

✅ Familiarity with UiPath tools like AI Center, Document Understanding, or Apps is a plus.

✅ Creative problem-solving skills and process re-engineering experience.

✅ Exposure to version control systems (Git, SVN, etc.).
