Job Description Summary

You will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and maintaining Hyper-automation solutions that align with business needs and requirements. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities, staying informed about emerging technologies, and ensuring the quality and stability of automation solutions through rigorous testing and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, develop, and maintain Hyperautomation solutions that align with business needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify Hyperautomation opportunities, prioritizing automation workflows.
  • Stay informed about emerging Hyperautomation technologies and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Hyperautomation solutions.
  • Collaborate in the definition of business and software requirements and document them.
  • Design and implement rigorous tests to ensure the quality and stability of Hyperautomation solutions.
  • Ensure the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of Hyperautomation software solutions.
  • Utilize agile software development methodologies.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member to deliver value to projects.
  • Innovate by thinking creatively to develop solutions using automation principles and technologies.


Other responsibilities:

  • Work in a fast-paced, iterative manner with peers from across disciplines
  • Understand design methods, design thinking, sprint-based strategy, design, planning and prototyping best practices.
  • Research trends and innovations to substantiate hypotheses.
  • Stays up to date, or ahead, of digital trends in the market and understands how they impact the client's business.
  • You will be working in multi-disciplinary teams with members from different global locations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
