• Experience in leading QA transformation initiatives at enterprise level
• Proven track record of driving technology outcomes for large QA programs
• Ability to drive QA strategy for digital and enterprise applications
• Experience in driving Business development and Solutioning
• Demonstrated capability to handle RFP Orals and drive customer conversations
• Lead technology / automation team as well as research in new area like Cloud and AI
• Exposure to multiple technology track like Automation testing, Service Virtualization, AI for QA, Test data management and Cloud
• Building capability for newer offering in QA technology space
• Provide thought leadership through innovation and whitepaper
• Provide governance and device operating model for large QA programs
• Should be able to manage large teams and drive account level activities
