Analyze test results, identify root causes, and provide detailed feedback to development teams.
Document and track defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps), ensuring timely resolution.
Adhere to established QE methodologies, standards, and best practices; promote a culture of quality.
Identify and drive improvements in testing processes, tools, and automation frameworks.
Participate in quality audits and reviews for compliance with standards and regulations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate quality practices throughout the SDLC.
Communicate testing progress and escalate critical issues to team members, project managers, and stakeholders.
Contribute to and maintain QE knowledge repositories, guidelines, and best practices.
Mentor and train junior team members on quality engineering principles and processes.
Coach teams and guide them to align with TCOE standards and improve testing practices.
Join struggling teams, assess QE processes, and implement necessary corrections.
Create and enforce proper QE processes, including test planning, strategy, and execution.
Set up and manage Jira boards to ensure process adherence and quality delivery.
Utilize strong technical and coding skills (especially Java), with expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and QTest.
Apply deep knowledge of quality processes, best practices, and standards to ensure consistent, high-quality software delivery.
