Job Summary
In this role you will be supporting the Production Engineering Division by developing and implementing robotic and PLC-based innovations to improve manufacturing competitiveness.
You will be required to have an Associate degree in Robotics, Industrial Maintenance Technologies, or equivalent and bring 3-5 years of experience. PLC programming, Robotics operation, safety and maintenance required.
CAD/CAM and project management experience!
1 year contract!
Travel: ~25% typical; up to 80% during 2-4 month periods (home 2 days per 14 days minimum)

Responsibilities
- Develop, install, and troubleshoot robotic and PLC applications for R&D and production.
- Analyze current manufacturing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver customized automation solutions.
- Create detailed project proposals, manage schedules, vendors, and budgets
- Draft equipment procurement scopes of work, ensuring specifications are met through to production launch.
- Maintain strict safety compliance
- Maintain thorough documentation of project progress and changes.
