该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities： ⚫ Coordinate with R&D new product development groups to develop manufacturing automation test strategies. ⚫ Research, specify, design and implement automated test solutions for New Product Introduction (NPI) in a manufacturing environment. ⚫ Buildup, review, and approve test plans, test scripts, test fixtures, test station designs, and validation documents. ⚫ Work with design engineering and assist in transition of design prototypes into cost efficient and high-volume products. ⚫ Perform test coverage analysis for new products to eliminate gaps in production tests across various manufacturing test areas. ⚫ Document testing methods and results. ⚫ Researching and designing automation technology ⚫ Creating a connection between information inputs, controllers, and outputs ⚫ Developing tests and simulations to ensure the systems work as intended. ⚫ Establishing monitoring and QA processes ⚫ Investigating defects or errors in the technology ⚫ Provide technical support to production floor for manufacturing test Program related issues. ⚫ MES and database creation/ management ⚫ Other duties as assigned. ⚫ Job requirements ⚫ Bachelor’s degree or above ⚫ Major in Mechanical Automation/ electrical engineering and automation/ automation control ⚫ Working background of LabVIEW programming is strongly must. ⚫ Previous experience working with semiconductor manufacturing equipment, especially RF Matching Network Networks and

Generators is preferred. ⚫ Proven working knowledge of the proper use and handling of test instruments including RF Network Analyzers, RF Impedance Analyzers, RF Power meters, Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, high voltage probes, LCR Meter, DVMs, Function Generators etc. ⚫ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. ⚫ Excellent verbal and written communication in English, including excellent technical communication skills. ⚫ Excellent problem-solving skills. ⚫ Creative and analytical skills ⚫ High integrity and discretion. ⚫ Enjoys working with people. ⚫ Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented mind-set, diligent and accurate ⚫ Self-motivated and flexible individual able to function in a high energy, fast paced team environment with minimal direction.
