About the Role: The Automation Analyst at Federated Service Solutions will be responsible for managing and enhancing applications, ensuring seamless integration, and maintaining security. This role involves gathering and analyzing business needs, designing and implementing automated solutions, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments to align strategies with business goals and drive operational efficiency.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain Quick base infrastructure and permissions
  • Review systems for improvements, take in user requests, and plan for implementation
  • Consistently review existing and new applications for pricing and functionality
  • Ensure internal applications integrate seamlessly and document the process
  • Identify issues within applications and recommend necessary changes
  • Gather and analyze data to identify potential business expansion opportunities
  • Influence stakeholders to support business projects
  • Assist with project management for selected projects
  • Coordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomes
  • Write clear and well-structured business processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts, tools, and testing frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and ensure seamless integration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues, monitor system performance, and analyze data
  • Document automation processes, provide training to team members, and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand business performance
  • Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
  • Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Experience in a similar position with experience working across fields
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Data Flow Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, and automation software
  • Strong understanding of business process management, workflow automation, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (Git)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with networking solutions and business analytics
