We are seeking an innovative and tech-savvy Automation Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about using technology to solve problems and optimize workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automation workflows using ClickUp, Zapier, and Make.

• Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time data analysis and operational monitoring. Il

• Analyze workflow data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvements.

• Collaborate with teams across the agency to integrate automation solutions into daily operations.

• Document automation processes and provide training to team members on newly implemented tools.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of workflow automation tools such as ClickUp, n8n, and Make.

- Strong understanding of APIs and JSON

• Experience in building and maintaining dashboards for data visualization.

• Analytical mindset with an ability to interpret and leverage data to drive decision-making.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

• Fluent English is a must.

Salary will range from R$2,500 to R$3,500.
