J & C Body Shop is looking for an Estimator to join our team. Although experience in this position is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate. Responsibilities: · Reviewing and analyzing damage reports and customer repair requirements · Inspecting vehicles and assessing required repairs · Creating and providing accurate, detailed, and fair repair cost estimates to our customers · Following up with clients regarding vehicle status, repair costs, and final invoices · Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with insurance companies, team members, and clients · Ensuring excellent customer experience, including timely responses and reliable communication · Ensuring accurate billing and monitoring of repair work orders Requirements: · High School diploma or equivalent · ASE certification (preferred) · Bachelor/associate degree (preferred) · I-Car certification (preferred) · Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information · General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations · Sales experience (preferred) · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Experience providing quality customer service · Valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Shift: 8 hour shift Work Days: Monday to Friday License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
