Henry's Collision Center is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our fast-paced, high-volume shop. Responsibilities: Accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates. Communicate with customers to explain estimates and address any questions or concerns. Work closely with insurance adjusters to ensure smooth claims processing. Monitor the repair process and provide updates to customers as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all estimates and repairs. Qualifications: Previous experience as an auto body estimator preferred. Knowledge of estimating software (CCC One) is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-paced environment.
