CSN Crowfoot Image is seeking an Auto Collision Estimator to join our busy team! Duties & Responsibilities: · Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles in the body shop · Inspect vehicles to determine the extent of damage and necessary repairs · Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates for insurance companies and customers · Communicate with insurance adjusters and customers regarding repair estimates and approvals · Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs · Maintain accurate records of repair estimates, approvals, and completed work · Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns · Taking clear photographs of the vehicle and all damages and providing supporting documents to insurance · Researching OEM producers for requirements on repairs. Skills & Qualifications: · Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or in a similar role · Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques · Proficiency in using estimating software and tools. Be fluent in both Mitchell and Audatex estimating and imaging systems with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. · Be aware of various insurance company guidelines. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Collaborate with production and parts managers to ensure production and profitability targets are met. · Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities · Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
