Our Behavior Technician team members work under the direction of a BCBA to carry out treatment plans with our amazing little superheroes. Behavior Technicians assist children with special needs in learning day to day tasks. This is an important, much needed, and growing field, and it can be the start of a new career. BT curriculum training with field experience. Most Behavior Therapists begin their career working part-time, but if you are interested in a full-time position, that may be available.
