YOUR ROLE
The Audit Project Manager will be the second Audit Project Manager in the US and part of the NYC-based team, reporting to the US General Manager. This role will serve as the cornerstone of our US client relationships. As an Audit Project Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our US clients, fostering strong relationships. Your responsibilities will include understanding each client's environment and current processes and advising them on implementing our data analytics software. This will involve selecting appropriate controls, determining frequencies, and working with various ERP systems. You will also anticipate risks, communicate with clients and internal teams (pre-sales, customer success in Europe, and product team), develop and manage implementation plans, guide project roadmap execution, and assist in identifying client needs. Furthermore, as the Audit Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of Supervizor software among our Enterprise customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead demonstrations of the software to prospective clients
Advise prospective clients on future usage of the software
Lead the Proof-of-Concept process in the form of a Remote Audit: run Supervizor’s controls on client’s accounting and operational data and present the results to the client
Be responsible for the kickoff of projects with US customers, setting expectations with key stakeholders, building a tailored project to their business needs, and communicating the strategy in kick-off calls with high level contacts (CFO, Accounting Director, Compliance Director, Internal Audit and Control Director, IT Department, etc.)
Manage overall delivery of the solution, leading controls selection workshops, user trainings, and overall onboarding process for clients
Work closely with our growing team to help expand our presence in the US market, implementing a strategy to increase usage and demonstrate the value of Supervizor for US customers
You will be the second Audit Project Manager in the US so we count on you to help us build and shape the Supervizor’s Customer Success team in the US!
YOUR SKILLS
We'd love to meet someone who:
Is CPA and / or has 2 years of experience in Audit, Internal control, or as a SOX/risk/compliance consultant in a Big 4 firm
Is an enthusiastic builder, with high energy, and likes the idea of working in a small and agile team on the opening of a new market
Is a critical problem-solver who can work collaboratively internally (with both sales and technical teams) and externally (from CFOs and Head of Internal Audit to IT professionals)
Is comfortable working both independently and in a team setting
Has strong written & verbal communication skills, and a customer-first attitude, ideally with client-facing experience
Has strong project management and organizational skills
