Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Audit Manager to join our Finance industry team. As a Permanent Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the audit process for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their financial statements are accurate and comply with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting and be a CPA.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead audit engagements for our clients
• Develop audit plans and ensure that they are executed effectively
• Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
• Communicate with clients to provide updates on the audit process and address any concerns they may have
• Supervise and mentor audit staff to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations
• Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
  
  

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required
• At least 3 years of experience in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and mentor audit staff
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
