Compensation: $120,000-150,000 + Bonus

The company is an organization that serves high net worth individuals, executives and business owners across multiple different industries. Responsibilities:

• Providing clear guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with the firm’s core values and strategic objectives.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with both clients and internal team members.
• Supervising client service teams during engagements, providing guidance and mentoring to staff and senior accountants.
• Manage multiple priorities, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery of projects that meet client expectations.
• Contributing to shaping the firm’s overall vision and improving its growth.

Requirements:

• CPA certification preferred
• Preferred experience with ProSystems Engagement software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Leadership experience
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to complete tasks in a timely manner.
