Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee assurance engagements, including audits, reviews, and compilations for high-net-worth individuals and sophisticated businesses.
  • Lead teams in planning and executing complex audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Provide advisory services on financial structures, internal controls, and risk management strategies tailored to high-net-worth clients and businesses.
  • Oversee and review audit engagements, ensuring the highest level of accuracy, compliance, and financial reporting integrity.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and strategic business decisions.
  • Collaborate with attorneys on intricate financial transactions, including business acquisitions, buy/sell agreements, and wealth transfer strategies.
  • Drive quality control initiatives and process enhancements to maintain the firm's reputation for excellence in assurance services.
  • Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Represent the firm at exclusive networking events, business development initiatives, and high-profile professional organizations.

Qualifications:

  • CPA certification required (active).
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a demonstrated track record of excellence in assurance services.
  • Experience managing engagements for entities related to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and complex business entities.
  • Exceptional professionalism, discretion, and client service skills, with the ability to manage sophisticated client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to leverage technology for efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for staff development and firm growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in consulting for affluent individuals and business owners, with expertise in assurance and risk advisory services.
