Role Description:

Looking for a highly organized and deadline-driven Audit Coordinator to manage coordination between Finance and Audit teams across Barcode, EY, and HUL. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in project management or administrative roles and thrives in a process-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Take ownership of the Post Campaign Audit process to ensure billing is clear for all campaigns.
2. Maintain all audit folders promptly.
3. Coordinate tasks and timelines between teams ensuring documents are uploaded as per deadlines.
4. Maintain structured workflows and ensure adherence to deadlines.
5. Follow up with stakeholders to resolve pending tasks.
6. Provide updates to management on all active audits on a biweekly basis.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Commerce (preferred).

Experience: 1-2 years in project management or administration.

Skills:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up capabilities.

Proficiency in project management tools.

Traits: Process-oriented, persistent, and results-focused.
