We are currently partnering with a prestigious business-advisory firm in Boston specializing in technology, financial operations, and healthcare. They are looking for auditors with at least 12 years of experience and a consulting background to lead their business development and audit efforts across the enterprise.
Responsibilities :
- Lead audit, and risk management projects by conducting fieldwork, testing controls, preparing work papers, and ensuring the creation of exceptional deliverables that surpass client expectations
- Manage teams and and lead performance in alignment with goals, and assess and mitigate risks and issues as they come across
- Support account and project management while meeting client expectations and developing existing relationships
- Developing client relationships and using a personal approach to client engagements, ensuring an impactful partnership.
- Drive strategy of the team by staying up to date on trends and identifying new solutions to market needs
- Work with talent partners to expand the team and maintain the core values and culture of the enterprise
- Lead business development efforts and communicate wide range of services to clients
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in consulting on financial, technology, and operational risk frameworks
- Experiences managing client expectations and developing client relationships
- Seasoned in SOX, COSO, and technology risk frameworks
- Knowledge in various audit methodologies and managing the audit lifecycle
- Mentoring junior team members and overseeing various team projects
- Experience driving business development through developing and maintaining client relationships
