Geospatial and Cloud Analytics (GCA) is seeking Audio Visual/Video Teleconference Engineers to joint our team! As an an AV/VTC Engineer you will provide daily onsite support for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem solving of conference room hardware and software. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in applying best practices to service delivery in a similar, large enterprise environment and a track record of meeting or exceeding contractual service level agreements. Duties to include: · Assist Senior AV/VTC Engineer with evaluation, design, documentation, and installation/implementation of conference room systems. · Resolves conference room system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolation · Assists with repairing and replacing conference room equipment · Installs new AV/VTC equipment to include mounting monitors and projectors, microphones, AV controls, running and splicing cables, etc. · Applies quality control best practices such as the ANSI/INFOCOMM 10:2013, Audiovisual Systems Performance Verification standard · Provides customer training on controls, interfaces, and the use of AV/VTC equipment Requirements: Minimum Experience: 3+ years of experience supporting AV/VTC deployment, conference room support, and/or AV troubleshooting experience installing, operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, networking and interfacing AV equipment and related components.
