Audio Visual Technician

Pay: $23-$25

Shifts Available

8am to 4pm

• Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment (e.g., projectors, displays, microphones).
• Perform on-site installations, including cable management and AV setup.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation needs and project planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues, both on-site and remotely.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure installations meet their expectations.
• Work with project managers and engineers for timely project completion.
• Provide client training and support on AV system usage and maintenance.
• Maintain records of installations, configurations, and service activities.
  
  

Audio Visual Technician Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Audio-Visual Field Installation Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of AV systems (projectors, displays, microphones, video conferencing).
• Mechanical expertise in A/V system installation.
• Understanding of network infrastructure and AV integration.
• Proficient in running and terminating various cables (HDMI, CAT5/6, audio/XLR).
• Ability to read technical drawings and project plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have basic personal hand tools for the job.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain industry-standard training certifications.
