Location: Washington, DC

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Duration: 12 month contract, with possible extension

W-2 or 1099

The DNA Group is looking for an experienced Audio-Visual Solutions Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the design, purchasing, implementation, and support of AV solutions, including conference rooms, classrooms, and large auditorium spaces. This role involves leading and managing AV implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring successful and timely delivery while meeting business requirements.

Overview Requirements:

Lead and manage AV implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate with all stakeholders involved in each project, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure AV solutions meet business needs and can be implemented.

Propose technical AV solutions based on experience to meet stakeholder requirements.

Design uniform AV solutions that can be implemented consistently across all locations.

Coordinate procurement of AV equipment and services while ensuring compliance with district policies.

Oversee deployment and installation, ensuring high-quality execution and consistent technology deployment across sites.

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience in implementing AV and Teleconference systems (e.g., microphones, sound amplification, video switching, teleconference technologies, large venue projection, and interactive displays).

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and other advanced operations, and skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio).

Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop timelines, provide status reporting, and track costs.

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to clearly describe problems and processes.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize, resolve issues quickly, coordinate cross-functional resources, and collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and senior management.

Required Experience:

Managing AV Integration/Implementation: 11 years (Required)

Designing and installing AV solution: 11 years (Required)

Supporting AV technology implementations: 11 years (Required)

Project planning software or developing detailed project plans (Highly desired)
