We are seeking a dedicated and versatile A/V Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery within our facility. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Your day to day:
Maintenance Coordination:
Liaise with JLL management for audio visual set up and troubleshooting
Ensure timely resolution of audio visual issues
Setting up audio visual equipment for office Teams meetings
Inventory Management:
Conduct monthly checks of stock inventory
Maintain adequate supplies of office essentials, including cups, napkins, condiments, printer paper, office supplies, and shipping materials
Conference Room Management:
Handle conference room setups as requested by site occupants
Provide audio/visual support and maintenance as needed
Mail and Package Handling:
Manage in-coming and outgoing packages and regular mail delivery
Utilize mail processing system for receiving and processing deliveries
Facilitate international shipments when required
Administrative Support:
Assist with general administrative activities
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Facilities Management team

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in providing excellent customer service
Experience with Audio Visual set-up and troobleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and ability to learn new software quickly
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be capable of lifting up to 30 pounds
