As our AV Project Manager, you'll lead projects from post-sales to handover — managing timelines, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, and making sure every project exceeds expectations.

Salary Range - £40k - 48k

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading AV projects from start to finish with admin staff support
• Managing budgets, schedules, and documentation
• Coordinating on-site teams and subcontractors
• Working with cutting-edge tech: Crestron, Extron, Lightware, QSC, and more
• Delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships
• Meetings onsite with clients and main contractors

What We’re Looking For

• Proactive, self-driven, and organised
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Some experience managing AV projects
• Working knowledge of audio, video, and control systems
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for getting things done
