Job description Key Account Manager – Audio & Video Trade (White Line & Brown Line) We are looking for a Key Account Manager to serve as a vital link between the company and key appliance dealers (National Dealers & Local Dealers). This role focuses on managing PHILIPS Audio & Video, SUMMIT Refrigerators, and Air Conditioners, ensuring strong business growth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Act as a business consultant, providing strategic direction and expert advice on sales, marketing, merchandising, and distribution to optimize dealer operations. Manage and strengthen relationships with key appliance dealers to drive excellent execution of in-store programs and achieve business objectives. Oversee sales performance and ensure targets are met for audio-video trade, white line, and brown line product categories. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize market presence and dealer engagement. Conduct regular market visits and fieldwork to assess dealer performance, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities. Qualifications: Graduate of any Business-related course. Experience in audio-video trade, white line, and brown line industries is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and people management abilities. Exceptional analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business tools.
