Job Description - Associate director/director for Account Technology Strategist (ATS)
The Account Technology Strategist (ATS) is a strategic technology advisor, responsible for driving business development, shaping enterprise IT strategies, and aligning technology solutions with customer objectives and business in mind. This role requires close collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams to unlock new opportunities, account growth and deliver long-term value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify growth opportunities and drive business outcomes.
· Develop technology strategies that accelerate customers' digital transformation journey.
· Engage with Business and IT leaders to understand their business challenges and industry trends.
· Engage early with customer technology and business leaders to establish strong relationships and gain insight into their evolving challenges and needs
· Develop and present thought leadership on emerging technology trends, such as AI strategies, hybrid cloud solutions, and digital experience transformation.
· Craft compelling value propositions that align client business needs with technological advancements
· Deep understanding of cloud computing (Azure/AWS), AI, security, data platforms, and enterprise IT architectures.
· Compare and evaluate Microsoft solutions against competing platforms like AWS and Google Cloud to recommend optimal solutions.
· Stay at the forefront of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovative, competitive enterprise solutions
· Develop and propose a technological roadmap that aligns with the customer’s business objectives.
· Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and future-ready to support long-term growth.
· Build strong relationships with Business and IT leaders to drive adoption and advocacy.
· Influence decision-making by providing strategic technology guidance and risk assessment.
· Deliver compelling storytelling and executive presentations to articulate business value.
· Drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear, persuasive communication.
· Partner with senior leadership to shape digital strategies and ensure seamless execution.
· Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment and impact.
