2. Assign and monitor task and responsibilities of Business Analyst (BA) and Application Specialist (AS)

Switch System Unit Management

a. Manages Switch System project and production issue solution deliveries

b. Oversee system and application production issue and support

c. Coordinate escalation and resolution of major application production issues

d. Coordinate areas of communication within the company on scope, risk and resources

e. Review project turnover to production and ensure all project deliverables are already complete prior to implementation. Project deliverables such as solution user acceptance, setup, access, IT system testing and test error corrections.

f. Allocate, adjust and monitor tasks of team members with shifts to have suitable coverage

i. Business Analyst

g. Provide regular status update to IT head and management

h. Develop relations with business and vendor offshore and local

i. Interact with project management, infrastructure, application and change management teams

1. Requirement Specification

i. Review project specifications

ii. Review production issue fix root cause and resolution details, ensure solution is accepted by business users before confirming development scope with technical team.

iii. Ensure that the solution supports internal and external users, enabling the required operational process needed for the business to be successful

2. System Testing and UAT Support

i. Track project and production issue fix release for testing

ii. Monitor and coordinate release date, verify scope, and test activities

iii. Allocate IT-Application Analyst, PAPI-QA and business user test resources whichever is applicable

iv. Monitor test issues and schedule

3. Deployment Support

i. Review project and production support aspects with outsourced application development management and internal support

ii. Present project and production deployment item scope and risk to CAB (Change Advisory Board) for approval

iii. Monitor and report production issue solution deployment
