Education: Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic
· Must be college graduate/level or with related work experience.
Responsibilities:
Experience: At least 3 to 4 years work experience in Business Analysis and/or Business Process Development.
· With background in ATM replenishment, FLM & SLM.
· Prior experience in cash handling is advantage but not required.
· Must possess a high degree of personal integrity.
· Responsible and self-disciplined
· Has the ability to follow procedure and have a structured approach to problem-solving.
Communication Skills: Excellent both in written and verbal
Analytical Skills: Proven work experience in business and system analysis
MS Office: Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
Interpersonal Skills: With strong interpersonal skills is required to build good relationships and can work well with others.
People Skills: Can present himself professionally.
DUTIES:
· Responsible for performing operational support duties of the ATM Services by monitoring ATM status.
· In-charge of dispatching Field Personnel (Tellers) in Armored Card Unit for loading (ATM Cash Replenishment).
· Monitors Field Personnel (Tellers).
· Act as Technical Support or assisting Field Personnel (Teller) for ATM concerns or inquiry and investigates any ATM related disputes or fraudulent issues.
· Act as reliever in ATM cash replenishment, when needed.
