Responsible for Team management of a segment of a purpose driven ATM Channel Operations sub-group, overseeing all aspects of assigned activities and teammates by providing leadership to include: consistent Team production goal attainment; quality and service level standard development and attainment; identification and implementation of change initiatives; problem resolution; constant client focus.
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Responsible for planning, organization, leadership, and risk mitigation as delegated by the ATM Channel Operations Senior Manager and related to the stated purpose and focus of the Team.
2. Accomplishes objectives through subordinate management, ensuring effective coordination occurs between teammates, stakeholders, and third party partners, efficiently leveraging available resources which may be in multiple locations.
3. Responsible for maintaining quality standards and performance expectations in execution of all Team activities, legal and regulatory compliance, and essential operational reporting
4. Ensures the Team activities managed are adequately staffed, trained and developed, exercises delegated authority concerning performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, development plans and terminations
5. Manage assigned Team activities adhering to principles of Lean thinking and process simplification
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. 5 years' experience in a related field of banking operations or retail/commercial banking
2. 2 year managerial / supervisory or project leadership experience.
3. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret moderately complex business situations.
4. Strong collaboration, persuasion, negotiating and relationship building skills with demonstrated ability to create and execute action plans
5. Ability to motivate peers, subordinates, and vendor partner groups to take desired action.
6. Strong vendor partner management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
1. College degree with a focus on business, logistics, or engineering
2. 2 years of management experience in a related banking operations environment.
3. Specific certification in the area of process improvement, change management, hardware asset mgmt.
