Arrow Stage Lines is hiring ASU Shuttle Operators and Motorcoach Operators to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. These full-time, on-site roles involve transporting passengers safely and efficiently while delivering world-class service.

ASU Shuttle Operators will provide reliable, scheduled transportation for Arizona State University, ensuring students and faculty reach their destinations safely.

Motorcoach Operators will transport charter groups, sports teams, corporate travelers, and more, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a motorcoach or shuttle bus, following all traffic laws and company policies
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the vehicle
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive passenger experience
• Assist passengers as needed, ensuring safety and comfort

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement
• Clean driving record and commitment to safety
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
