Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager – Social Media and Graphic Design. The position is based in Bellandur, Bengaluru (near Sakra Hospita). The Assistant Manager will be responsible for creating viral content, developing and executing social media strategies, running influencer campaigns, optimizing social media presence, and coordinating graphic design projects. Additional tasks include monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Previous experience in managing social media accounts
• Ability to create and edit viral content.
• Experience in developing Content Strategies
• Familiarity with graphic design tools and software like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Reels, VideoEditing.
• Creative and innovative mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
