Summary

Role & responsibilities


  • Leverage digital marketing to strengthen brand & categories
  • Overseeing Digital Campaign Management
  • Generate substantial pull to support short term & long-term business targets of online & offline businesses.
  • Facilitate generation of the Expert Reviews
  • Mange pool of digital agencies, service providers, technology vendors
  • Build credible insights on the focused Consumer Segments for each focus product category
  • Facilitate development of the various communication modules such as Product Catalogues, Training Modules, Demo films, PoS Material, etc.
  • Conceptualize & develop Product & Consumer Segment specific initiatives
  • Gather periodic intelligence on Category, Competition, Consumer, Market, Channel, Media, etc. and build credible insights to go as inputs for segmentation, positioning, pricing, PRM development, Media Planning, GTM planning, BTL planning, profitability Management, etc.
  • Review product categories & portfolios, identify measures to enhance performance, monitor P&L and devise timely phase-out plan with preparation of the successive PRM.


Content Marketing

  • Creation of relevant content on E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart etc) and other digital channels (Eg: V-Guard D2C Website, Blinkit) which includes product listing content, banner & video creation, A+ content creation etc. as per platforms guidelines.
  • Create a comprehensive understanding about the set of products/categories allotted and translate their features into compelling content formats to be used across paid, owned and earned channels.
  • Work closely with the cross functional stakeholders (R&D, NPD, Category Strategy & Service) to deliver a content plan and final execution for new product launches for the assigned category in collaboration with creative agencies/internal design team.


Media Planning & Execution

  • Work closely with e-com partners, media agencies and category leads to deliver targeted ROI/Cost of Acquisition and maintain ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales)/ ROI for the respective category on e-com platforms (in close collaboration with category team and media agencies).
  • The incoming candidate should have a basic understanding of setting up, optimizing and reporting of the campaigns on ad platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
  • Analysis of the campaign performance should be undertaken periodically through data-driven insights & should work on constantly iterating & optimizing them for maximising performance.
  • Assist the marketing lead in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including search, social, display etc.
  • Reporting the key performance indicators (KPIs) to the internal stakeholders periodically, in taking the right calls


Service Marketing

  • Develop marketing materials & training content for the service channel by collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ideate marketing programs to promote service offerings & drive customer engagement/advocacy and to elevate the channel as a key driver of business growth.


Agency Management & Evaluation

  • Manage & collaborate with external creative & media agencies, prepare project briefings, evaluate proposals, and provide credible inputs at every stage to deliver a high-quality outcome in a time-bound manner.
  • Manage the related invoices and budgets, ensuring timely payments and internal compliance.
