Qualification : B.E Mechanical / Instrumentation / Chemical
Experience: 5-7 years
Location : Karve Nagar, Pune
Required Skill Set
1) Having an experience of 5-7 years in preparing Techno-Commercial Offers, Estimation & Costing in any of the following industries –
Valves / Pumps / Boilers / Steam Accessories / Piping etc.
Prior experience in Projects Sector is preferred.
2) Leadership & Collaboration – Should be able to lead and manage a team of 6-7 members.
3) Attention to Detail
4) Problem-Solving skills
5) Effective Verbal & Written English Communication Skills
6) Should be proficient in MS Office
Job Description/Responsibilities
1) Monitor & lead Application Engineering team consisting of 6-7 members
2) Analyze & study Customer Enquiries both technically & commercially
3) Guide junior team members to prepare technical & commercial offers of all products
4) Guide junior team members to prepare offers & submit tenders to Government & Semi-Government organizations
5) Resolve pre-order stage comments & queries from Customers
6) Participate in pre-order stage technical discussions with Customers
7) Co-ordinate with Design, Purchase & QC department in case of special requirements from Customers
8) Participate in customer negotiations whenever required
9) Ensure Customer Purchase Orders are technically accurate w.r.t submitted offer
