Responsibilities
* Provide email and chat support to clients/customers during US business hours.
* Respond to queries promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, escalating to relevant teams when necessary.
* Document interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
* Maintain professionalism and adaptability while handling customer concerns.
Preferred Skills
* Prior experience in customer or technical support is a plus.
* Familiarity with CRM tools or ticketing systems is an advantage.
