Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical projects and programs for the management software & firmware features of next-generation hardware systems from planning to completion through SSDLC (Secure Software Development Lifecycle)
  • Collaborate closely with Software Product Manager (SW PM) and cross-functional teams to research, define, manage, and track technical requirements and design specifications to enable new technology and meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Software Product Manager (SW PM) and cross-functional teams to review, optimize, and enhance product HW-FW-SW designs and solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical product/feature collateral material related to HW-FW-SW to ensure product's quality, consistency, and accuracy
  • Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors and 3rd party partners for requirements and technical issues
  • Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify problems and provide potential solutions
  • Manage project schedule, provide project status updates to stakeholders, and escalate problems as necessary
  • Evaluate and review System/Rack product release to ensure high-quality product delivery
  • Manage and optimize software license bundle to integrate System/Rack management functions and solutions
  • Improve and refine HW-FW-SW development lifecycle processes for better quality, security, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or Computer Engineering (CE) related or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in system management software solutions
  • Familiar with x86, ARM architecture, BMC, and BIOS
  • Experience in project lifecycle and schedule management
  • Effective written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment as a member of a cross-functional team and as an individual contributor
