Contribute to the development and management of key materials handling and valve technologies
As Associate Technical Product Manager – Equipment at GEA UK, you will support the Lead Technical Product Manager for Materials Handling Equipment and Buck Valve Technologies. This long-term position is designed with succession planning in mind, allowing you to undertake various technical tasks to foster personal growth and deepen your understanding of the equipment and systems provided by GEA Eastleigh.
With direct report to the Core Technology Group Manager, you will serve as a bridge between technical expertise and business development, ensuring collaboration across engineering, sales, and after-sales teams.
Your main areas of responsibility will be (but not limited to):
Your qualifications are at least 5 years of relevant experience gained within an engineering discipline, ideally within a Pharma/Chemical Engineering environment and in multi-disciplinary engineering project teams (Design/CM, Analysis, M&P, Manufacturing/Industrialisation) in an international setting. You should have extensive experience in engineering, particularly in process, mechanical, or chemical engineering. Relevant professional experience is required, as is a strong understanding of motors, gearboxes, pumps, and manufacturing techniques.
You have a degree in engineering or a related technological field, preferably in process, mechanical, or chemical engineering or equivalent working experience.
You are a person with strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure. Moreover, you are proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Travelling: Domestic and international travel for short-term assignments.
